Refund policy

By using the CHEESEWALK exchanges portal and/or placing a request to return/exchange any product through the portal, you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy without any modification. If you do not agree with these terms, you are advised not to transact on cheesewalk.co.

Please note that CHEESEWALK CO. may revise or update this policy governing returns, refunds, or cancellations from time to time. You are encouraged to review the policy each time you access the portal to ensure you understand the terms and conditions applicable at that time.

It is deemed that the customer has accepted the policy stated below once a successful purchase is made and/or any return or exchange request is raised. —————————————————————————————————

We offer a 3-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 3 days of receiving your item.

  • Return requests must be made within 72 hours (3 days) from the date and time of delivery.
  • Enjoy a FREE First Exchange on every order — no pickup or shipping charges apply.
  • All returns are subject to a return handling fee of ₹150 per order (maximum 3 qty) payable by the customer
  • Refunds will be credited to the customer's store wallet within 24 hours after the returned parcel is delivered to our warehouse.

In case of returning the product, refunds for will be credited to your store wallet within 5-7 business days, after the necessary checks are done.

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are eligible under the following conditions:

  • The garment is unworn.
  • The garment must be unwashed.
  • Security tags and brand labels are still attached.

You can exchange your item for a different size or an entirely different product within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Steps to exchange-

  • Visit the return/exchange portal by clicking here.
  • A reverse pickup will be arranged within 48 working hours.
  • After a pickup is successfully delivered at our warehouse, we will dispatch the exchange item within 24 working hours (at no additional cost to the customer)
  • If the replacement product costs more, you will need to pay the difference.
  • Any difference in product price is payable at the time of requesting an exchange (including if you've applied any discount on your prior purchase)
  • In case the reverse pickup is not available at customers pincode, we will email the customer. Only in such a case, customer would be liable to self ship the product to our Mumbai warehouse. Our team will email/whatsapp you for the same.

Refunds are provided as store credit or in the form of a product exchange with any available item on the website, subject to stock availability. You may exchange any item for another of similar value. If the new item has a higher value, the difference must be paid.

Final Sale Policy

All items marked with a discount or displaying a slashed price are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

    # RETURN AND EXCHANGE TERMS:

    1. Refunds are not issued in cash/bank accounts or original payment methods. In the event of a product return, the amount is credited to your Cheesewalk store wallet.
    2. In case you receive a different product, you will need to attach clear images of both the front and back sides of the product received.
    3. In case of a defective product received, a video of opening the package at the time of receiving the product is mandatory to approve the return process. (photos might not be approved to claim a return)
    4. You cannot opt for a refund or store credit for an exchanged/replaced product.
    5. A product can only be replaced once; you cannot opt for an exchange or a refund (store credits) for a replacement product.
    6. Orders placed using store credits are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or size exchange—regardless of the amount of store credit used.
    7. Once you apply for store credit or an exchange, it cannot be converted to a refund request.
    8. If a return is requested for multiple items but only one is returned, the customer must send the remaining items (at their own cost) for the refund to be processed. [minus any forward shipping fees]
    9. Store credits to remain valid for a lifetime and never expire.
    10. You cannot redeem store credits against cash/bank refund.
    11. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it is shipped. Once dispatched, shipping charges are non-refundable.
    12. For cancellations made after the order is shipped, a deduction of ₹150 per product will apply and remaining amount will be refunded to customer's store wallet.
    13. In case a prepaid order is undelivered and returned to us, we’ll issue store credit for the order value after deducting the shipping charges of ₹150.
    14. In case of return, exchange, or new orders purchased through store credits, previously applied prepaid discounts or combo offers will not be carried forward. The fresh products will only be available at their original listed price.
    15. The return fees paid will be refunded back to you incase the product is verified faulty/damaged at our end.
    16. Incase the product is verified damaged at our warehouse, we will issue fresh piece of the same style / issue store credits in Cheesewalk wallet. Damaged/defective products can only be exchanged or refunded against an exchange product or store credits, and the same is not eligible for a cash refund.
    17. Cheesewalk® India reserves the right to approve or reject any returns and all decisions shall be final
