If an item is marked as pre-order, it means we’ve temporarily sold out, but we’re in the process of restocking it. When you place a pre-order, you’re reserving your piece in advance — before it officially comes back in stock.

All pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled.
We restock based on real-time pre-order demand — which helps us avoid overproduction, reduce waste, and stay true to our conscious, low-waste approach.
