Cancellation Policy

  • Requests for order cancellation must be notified to us within 12 hours of the order being placed. (Not eligible for orders placed through Buy Now Pay Later Payment methods).
  • Cancellations requests sent post 12 hours of order placement time- will be not be eligible for cancellation.
  • We consider orders final and ship the respective products to our logistics parters- hence we cannot refund the order amount if cancellation request is generated after 12 hours of order being placed
  • Desires for the right of order cancellation must be sent to mail: hello@cheesewalk.co
  • Orders once shipped out (using a tracking number) cannot be cancelled.
  • The notice must clarify your wish for the right of cancellation.
