How to use store credits?
1) Visit www.cheesewalk.co > Add the product you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout
2) When clicked on checkout, it will ask for your phone number. Please input the same number you used to place your previous order(s).
3) You will receive a OTP on your phone number, Kindly paste the code to successfully login.
3) If you wish to use the store credit, simply add any product to cart and proceed to checkout, you will see the option "pay via store credit"
4) Once clicked, it will direct you to native checkout, and on the next page you will see your available store credit to use.
5) If your new purchase costs more, you'll need to pay the difference.
Important notes-
- No offers/coupon codes can be redeemed while making a purchase using store credits.
- You cannot opt for a refund or store credit for an exchanged/replaced product.
- Orders placed using store credits are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or size exchange—regardless of the amount of store credit used.
- Once you apply for store credit or an exchange, it cannot be converted to a refund request.
