At Cheesewalk, we understand that sometimes you need your order right away. To provide a faster and more convenient shopping experience, we offer Same-Day Delivery across select serviceable pin codes within Mumbai.

Service Availability

  • Same-Day Delivery is available only for selected pin codes within Mumbai.

  • Serviceability is subject to logistics partner coverage and operational feasibility.

  • Eligible pin codes will be displayed at checkout or confirmed by our support team.

Operating Hours

  • Same-Day Delivery orders are processed between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (IST), Monday to Saturday.

  • Sundays and public holidays are non-operational days and are not counted as delivery days.

  • Orders placed after the applicable cut-off time may be delivered on the next working day.

Delivery Charges

  • An additional charge may apply for Same-Day Delivery services.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

  • For orders delivered through the Same-Day Delivery service, customers must contact our support team before initiating a return or exchange request.

  • Customers opting for expedited return pickup and faster exchange or refund processing will be required to pay an additional ₹300 service fee.

  • Standard return and exchange policies continue to apply unless otherwise specified.

  • Cheesewalk reserves the right to decline, suspend, or modify the Same-Day Delivery service based on operational requirements.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (IST), Monday to Saturday, are eligible for Same-Day Delivery, subject to serviceability and stock availability.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next working day and will not qualify for Same-Day Delivery.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, high order volumes, or other unforeseen operational circumstances.
