In response, CheeseWalk has taken reasonable and proactive steps to inform and caution its customers, including issuing awareness communications and displaying fraud-related alerts on the header and footer of its official website, www.cheesewalk.co.
Customers shopping at cheesewalk.co are clearly advised to not make any or payments through unsolicited calls, messages, WhatsApp communications, QR codes, or external links after an order has been successfully placed. While the Company continues to implement preventive measures, customers are also expected to exercise due care, caution, and reasonable awareness while responding to any payment-related communication.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law-
CheeseWalk shall not be liable for any financial loss, monetary damage, or loss of capital or assets incurred by a customer as a result of payments made to fraudsters or unauthorized persons, despite prior warnings and public disclosures issued by the Company. In the event a customer receives any suspected fraudulent or misleading communication, the customer is advised to immediately contact CheeseWalk’s official customer care support [support@cheesewalk.co] and provide all relevant evidence, including call details, messages, recordings, or transaction information. Such timely reporting will enable the Company to take appropriate remedial and preventive actions in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
