How to initiate an exchange?

Exchanges are eligible under the following conditions:

• The garment is unworn.
• The garment must be unwashed.
• Security tags and brand labels are still attached.

You can exchange your item for a different size or an entirely different product within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Steps to exchange-

• Visit the return/exchange portal by clicking here.
• Initiate a return request for current item that you need to be exchanged.
• After a pickup is successfully delivered at our warehouse, we will credit your store wallet with the product amount.
• A nominal exchange handling fees of ₹150 will be deducted from you refund amount.
• Using the same store credit, you can place a new order for an exchange item of your choice.
  
• While checking out, click on "pay using Store credit"
• If the replacement costs more, you will need to pay the difference.
  

Refunds are provided as store credit or in the form of a product exchange with any available item on the website, subject to stock availability. You may exchange any item for another of similar value. If the new item has a higher value, the difference must be paid.
