I placed an order, where is it?

All items are dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of placing your order, during business hours. If you place an order on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend, it will be sent out on the next business day. We are closed on public holidays, so please take this into account when placing an order.

Is Cash-On-Delivery (COD) available?

YES — We have Partial-COD available at checkout. You can pay a nominal amount (₹99) as advance to book your order and pay the remaining amount at delivery of your order. Please note, ₹99 advance COD fee is strictly non-refundable, if the order is undelivered/not accepted at doorstep.

Is the shipping & delivery free?

YES! We have free shipping on all Prepaid orders. COD orders have a cash handling fees of ₹99 per order.

YES — The product is eligible for 3 days returns/exchange. You can choose to either return the item for a refund or exchange it with any other product/color/size. The refund will be issued in store credits within 24 hrs after the return package is received. For all eligible returns, a ₹150 return fee will be deducted from the Order value.
